In depth

Verdict

FIGEAC appreciated the return to 2m at Lingfield when scoring by over three lengths. A 4lb penalty may not be enough to anchor him in this and he can go in again. Nelson River returned to the Flat with a victory at Wolverhampton last week while Capricorn Prince was in good form last summer but is 5lb higher than when scoring at Lingfield in June. Flat To The Max finished runner-up over 1m6f at Wolverhampton a week ago when ahead of Bird For Life and the winning hurdler stays this far.
