      The Gosden yard complicate matters with both representatives having strong claims. LION’S PRIDE finished clear of the rest when second at Newcastle and may edge out Middle Earth. The latter never troubled the winner when runner-up at Sandown though finished well ahead of The Goat. Alan King runs three with the newcomer Kerry Moon, a half-brother to seven winners partnered by Jim Crowley.
