        Verdict

        Danny Ocean remains 7lb higher than when winning at Nottingham in October so a chance is taken BROKEN RIFLE stays this extra furlong. The latter finished a close-up second over 6f at Chepstow on his handicap debut, despite losing a cheekpiece, and an apprentice’s 7lb allowance further helps his cause. Several go handicapping for the first time and may improve as a consequence. That list includes Kohoof, Hello Baileys and Maysong while Ruby Power was placed at Lingfield a week ago but is upped in class for this.
