Verdict

KHELEY is progressing well enough to be awarded the vote in a tight handicap but we'd be interested in Hatman Jack if there were any money about for him. He was quite well backed on debut and has shown glimmers of promise on his three starts at Lingfield. He begins his handicap career on a realistic mark and has room for improvement and improve he must if he's going to get the better of some fair and consistent types. Princess Calgliari, Romantic Queen and Raimond Ridge have all posted a string of consistent performances but the handicapper has a good idea of where he stands with them and we'll take Kheley to improve past the lot of them. Her three wins have all been by margins of less than a length which means that it's difficult for the handicapper to get to her and there's every reason to believe that she has a little more up her sleeve. She ticks all of the right boxes and Kheley can continue in her upwardly mobile fashion.
