This looks a pretty decent and wide open handicap in which FATHSTA has a good chance of ending a long losing run ahead of the consistent Bahamian Lad and Little Pete. Once thought of as listed class the selection's form has tailed off a bit in recent times but he did run really well last time when finding just one too good off this mark. That was capping a slightly progressive run of form and if back to somewhere approaching his best he looks well weighted. Bahamian Lad is generally reliable and has held his form well under increasing burdens since landing his sole course and distance start three runs ago. Previous efforts show he¿s capable of still going well off his latest rating. Little Pete is weighted to be closer to the one we've just mentioned after there last meeting and showed enough in defeat last time to prove he's still right while Ray Of Joy could also go well on these terms. This is a pleasingly tricky race to judge but Fathsta looks the most likely to oblige.
