Russian Ranger is a half-brother to four winners and it would be no surprise if he proved too good for the likes of Betsalottie and Flashy King on debut. Red Hot Chilly showed a bit more on his comeback run at Lingfield last month but he has plenty to find on these terms with BERNIE'S BOY, rated 81. The latter has failed to land the odds on his last couple of starts but this looks a much easier task and Andrew Balding's colt can finally get off the mark.
