This appears to rest between Bailey and Harbour Blues, with preference for the latter; Freudian Slip, Duntulm and A Dream Come True are others worth a mention at least. The two main contenders have both shown a similar level of form in their respective two starts to date, with Harbour Blues just earning the vote on his second to The Betchworth Kid at Brighton on fast ground last time. He will have to do well here to justify a host of big-race entries including the Gimcrack. Bailey likewise has a string of big entries, but ran a bit too keenly when sent off as favourite at Wolverhampton, finding Ten Meropa too good in the end. He will know more know though, and should run a big race. The rest are difficult to fancy, although Freudian Slip is going the right way, as is A Dream Come True, while newcomer Duntulm has a low draw to overcome. Not so Harbour Blues who has plenty going for him this evening.
