    Verdict

ALICIA DARCY rattled up a hat-trick over 6f last month and is only 3lb higher than her latest success at Leicester. The style of those victories suggest she’s worth another try over today’s extra furlong and Archie Watson’s filly gets the vote. Dubrava’s recent second at Chelmsford came in maiden company and Deference is preferred on his handicap debut having been gelded since last in action. Carnival Rose and Balata Bay may do better dropping back down to 7f for this but Airwaves has yet to prove she’s trained on having won both outings in novice company last year, including a course and distance success.
