chased leaders, led over 2f out, headed well over 1f out, soon one pace
in touch, not clear run over 2f out, switched left, headway over 1f out, stayed on well final furlong, not reached leaders

Sweet Pickle gets the vote over Linda Green, Overwing and Secret Night to name but a few. Sweet Pickle has been pretty consistent so far, and has been successful twice on a Polytrack surface already this year. Jim Boyle's filly was only just touched off on the Fibresand at Southwell last time, and although as high in the ratings as she has ever been, must surely go close. Linda Green is also on a career-high mark these days, but showed signs of a return to form on only her third outing of the year at Windsor last week, and will be a danger to all, while Overwing shaped well on her reappearance at Wolverhampton when beaten a neck. Back over six-furlongs, she goes on the short-list as well. Secret Night takes a drop both in class and trip, and can also figure, but our fancy is Sweet Pickle.
