Blame Culture has run well here in the past but has done even better since transferring to Tapeta, scoring twice at Wolverhampton and twice placed at Newcastle. He’s 4lb higher than his latest winning mark and this looks a bit tougher as Master Diver has also being going well on Tapeta and went to Dundalk to land a maiden in good style. The tough and consistent IN THE RED has won twice around here and still looks well enough treated to add to his fine tally of six victories so gets the vote. Compas Scoobie has an almost identical record and is another who can never be dismissed in this kind of company while Global Tango was having only his second start in over a year when a close fifth here in January and has more scope than most of these.
