Verdict
The recent winners are all upped in class today. Island Of Life has also been raised 7lb after scoring at Newcastle while both Polybius and Eljaddaaf landed Class 3 sprints over track and trip on their respective latest starts. Udontdodou won at this level at Windsor in August but is rated 12lb higher back on the all-weather and was behind Tropics when the latter scored at Chelmsford in June. But Dean Ivory’s charge has struggled since and a chance is taken on the unexposed DANZAN improving for last month’s return to action at Newmarket. He won novice races over today’s trip at Chelmsford early in the year and has scope for improvement now handicapping for the first time.
