Richard Hannon can land this maiden with SUNNIVA DUKE the pick of his two runners, and expected to get the better of Fly By Nelly and Albaseet. The selection's had a couple of runs so far, and although not pulled up any trees, is entitled to improve. A decent debut at Goodwood was followed by a disappointing run at Haydock, although the ground may have been too quick that day. It could be a big help being drawn in stall one. The stable's other runner is Princess Cagliari, an expensive purchase last year who's making her debut. Fly By Nelly has had a couple of run outs at Windsor, and showed a big improvement last time. Further progression should see her involved, and like our pick is drawn low. Albaseet was another costly purchase last year, and is Marcus Tregonning's only runner of the evening. Given the debutants and some lightly exposed types the market could prove an invaluable guide, but our preference is for Sunniva Duke.
