A chance is taken that Laureldean Express can improve on her debut and repel the anticipated challenges of Splendoured Love and Guacamole, while Zoorina is an interesting filly to take notes on for the time being. The last named will be better suited to this trip than a few of her rivals and it will be noteworthy to see how she fares on her introduction. Her half-sister, Dallah, won at Lingfield on her racecourse debut; so it could be significant if money arrives to support her claims in the betting ring. Guacamole stayed on well in the closing stages of her introduction at Newmarket and is sure to get better with experience. As a half-sister to Golano, she will probably need further than this, so may need more time. Splendoured Love was unfancied on her debut but still caught the eye in defeat. She comes here rather than head for an easier assignment at Haydock tomorrow and the hint should not be ignored if she is well backed before the off. However, Laureldean Express has valuable experience of this surface under her belt and, the way she was powering along near the finish of her debut created the impression that she is going to be a tough nut to crack now she knows more about what is expected from her.
