    Verdict

Avocet landed a double at the start of the year and will be sharper for a recent comeback run while Heron had been threatening before running below par over 2m here in June. Ember's Glow posted a better effort at Wolverhampton recently but is racing from out of the handicap so it could pay to stick with DAME NELLIE. The latter won at Lingfield during the summer and scored again when successful over track and trip last month. Rae Guest’s filly should make another bold bid raised only 2lb and gets the vote.
