Verdict

Copper Falls was runner-up at Bath last time and looks best of the three with experience, but this can go to a newcomer. Minal hails from the Hannon yard so has to be noted in the betting, but Otto The Great is related to numerous winners and a big run from Walter Swinburn's first two-year-old runner of the season is expected. COMPTON MONARCH cost 32,000gns and is a half-brother to eight winners. He can open his account here with Ryan Moore's booking taking the eye and is preferred to the Shirocco filly and stablemate Compton Shuttle, who is likely to need further to show her best.
