Verdict

Brilliant Blue has done little wrong on Turf and came across a smart one in Samburu at Yarmouth. The winner's yard is represented by BARQI, a full brother to two smart winners over this trip and taken to make a successful debut. Later Darling was a 150/1 chance over a mile on soft ground at Newmarket but belied his odds with a fine run. Always up with the pace, the drop in trip should suit and he looks a threat. Dungeon is by Dubawi out of a USA Grade 1 winner from a high-class family while the 130,000gns yearling Groundbreaker is by Oasis Dream out of a mare who has produced winners with her first two offspring.
