Verdict
Miss Paxman has something to prove now after fading badly over 6f at Salisbury back in July and blinkers are fitted on her reappearance. Veleta also drops in distance having finished last of six over 7f at Goodwood and the remainder with experience have yet to threaten. Of the newcomers, ROSA is a half-sister to four winners and, given Archie Watson’s good strike rate with his two-year-old representatives, she gets a speculative vote to make a winning start ahead of Trecco Bay and Urtzi.
