Most of these have past form in testing going including The Stalking Moon, penalised for winning on a faster surface at Leicester last week. But ABUSHAMAH was winning off a higher mark at Yarmouth in June and after going close in amateur company last time, Ruth Carr’s charge is one of several with decent claims. Others include both Chinese Spirit and Equidae, who are closely matched on earlier form at the track while Remmy D was placed in soft going at Hamilton recently and Gamesters Icon finished in front of Cliff Bay when also going close at the latter track. Snooker Jim is not out of this either on a recent placed effort though has yet to win in 19 attempts.
