      Verdict

      Secret State drops down in trip and debuts on the all-weather on his reappearance having been gelded since well beaten in Listed company in September. Phantom Flight showed good progress last season and is preferred to Rogue Millennium and Savvy Victory while Belloccio ended last year with a double over longer trips here including a Listed contest over 1m4f. But TYRRHENIAN SEA (NAP) finished just ahead of Foxes Tales when runner-up to subsequent Group 1 winner Lord North in last month’s Winter Derby and Roger Varian’s grey is taken to edge this.
