Sacred Mountain goes well here and this is much easier than his latest run when taking in a visit to the Cheltenham Festival. However, his best form has hitherto arrived on ground with cut and BUCKSTRUTHER appeals as a more viable option. He'll be right at home on the faster conditions and has been on an impressive roll between the flags, also managing to fit in a really battling success when repelling the persistent challenge of The Wifes Pet at Musselburgh in hunter chase company in February. Glen Lord has ability but makes many a mistake but it was unusual to see Digg Whitaker come to grief when going quite well at Sedgefield in the race won by Palos Conti. He wouldn't have won that day but it was a run of sufficient promise to afford him a place on the short-list here.
