Brother Scott doesn't win often but finished ahead of My Idea, Apache Pilot and Colorado Kid over 2m4f at Hexham two weeks ago when Rosquero was pulled up. MISTER DON was always going to be a better chaser than hurdler and emphasised that point when scoring over course and distance on only his second start over the larger obstacles. A 4lb higher mark doesn't look excessive and he's preferred to stablemates Proud Gamble, a winner at Market Rasen in August, and Donapollo, who won off a higher mark over track and trip just over a year ago but has been erratic since.
