Verdict
Tee-Jay is in great heart and can complete a hat-trick here at the main expense of DJ Flippance, Contract Scotland and One Day. The selection has gone up a stone for successive fast ground wins at Hexham in the past month, but he still looks to have more to come judged by that latest win. Any rain wouldn't be in his favour however, so keep an eye on the going and play if it is good or quicker. DJ Flippance likes it here, and would welcome some juice in the ground. He returned from a long absence to win over 2m 6f here earlier in the year, and again comes here fresh, so expect him to be involved. Contract Scotland had a dip in form last season, but as a result he has dropped in the handicap, and he would definitely have a clear chance at these weights if the break has done him good. Of the remainder, One Day is another who has dropped to a fair mark. He has had a recent pipe opener and should be better for it, and with his yard in decent nick he can't be discounted lightly, but provided the rains stay away, Tee-Jay can complete the hat-trick.
