In depth

Verdict

Animore won easily over a longer trip at Ayr last time and is a previous course and distance winner. She goes on the shortlist in this with Dylan Johnston taking off 7lb again. Atlantic Dancer has been in good form recently at Uttoxeter and Ravenscar has won at Sedgefield and Doncaster since the turn of the year. RAE DES CHAMPS has had another break since a couple of runs at the end of last year. Lightly raced overall, she’ll be fresher than most in this. Only beaten a neck last time at Carlisle, the maiden Noble Affair is just a pound higher today so can’t be ruled out.
