Verdict

AMETHYST ROSE appeared to lose her confidence after falling here in January but she looked to be on the way back when second to the improving Light The City at Sedgefield last time and she might be worth a bet getting 14lb from Nosey Box, who is proving hard to place, and 12lb from fellow Irish raider Sultana Belle. The latter has been campaigned exclusively over hurdles lately but did win her only previous start over fences. Spirit Oscar might be improving but Jewellery returns after a break on a high enough mark and has changed stables over the winter.
