Verdict
Despite having his first start in six months, APACHEE PRINCE was sent off joint favourite for a handicap at Ayr last month. He finished tailed off but that can't have been his true running and he's probably worth another chance in modest novice company. Master Dee probably needed the run when third at Carlisle but he has a double penalty to carry and his stable is struggling for winners at present, which could also count against Vital Evidence. Professor Plum won a couple of bumpers before running poorly at Musselburgh but may need the experience.
