No hiding place here with a number of likely front runners amongst the field so WEETFROMTHECHAFF could be well positioned to strike as those rivals struggle on at the death. A winner of a Hexham novice event on firm ground, he has shown an aptitude for a little softer. Long Distance hasn't lived up to his illustrious pedigree though Lucinda Russell seldom leaves here without a winner. St Killian's Run returns to hurdling after a modest time over the larger obstacles. A comment that applies to Heavenly Chorus, who was unable to take advantage of a lower mark at that discipline. Mountskip ran lamentably last time out whilst Bene Lad is one to watch closely in the market.
