Verdict

Omokoroa has been off the track since last June but it would be no surprise to see him in the firing-line as he is on a decent mark for his reappearance and did beat last month's Carlisle third Dr Flynn convincingly at Hexham a year ago. TUTCHEC is gradually getting there, however, and only found Parson's Punch too good over a slightly shorter trip here in March. He has nothing to fear from dual C&D winner Surprise Vendor on that run and can finally get off the mark today, though a case can certainly be made for Andreo Bambaleo whose latest fourth to Hada Men at Haydock was a very decent effort.
