In depth

Verdict

Gud Day has been beaten in claimers and sellers this season so the fact that he is joint top weight in this suggests it isn't the strongest of contests. Stablemate A Little Bit Dusty also looks to have too much weight while Swampfire is only a plater. But Mr Lando has only found too good at Southwell in his last two starts, though was beaten 15 lengths last time. MYBOYALFIE (NAP) has run a couple of decent races over course and distance in novice and maiden company. If he's going to win a race over hurdles it will be on a sharp track like this and the drying ground is very much in his favour. The Alamo has hinted at ability but needs to brush up his jumping.
