Verdict

Although there are a couple of interesting types in opposition this should go to Krabloonik, who was the best of these over hurdles and has already showed decent form over fences. A five-length second to Tysou reads well in the context of this contest and, with the Alan King stable in such great form, he gets a confident TEAMtalk vote. Another Raleagh, who has plenty of placed form, Amanda Perrett's New Zealand-bred gelding Captain Zinzan, Kim Bailey's Minster Sunshine, the unexposed Supreme Catch from Henrietta Knight's yard and the Venetia Williams-trained Wild Spice all warrant respect but the favourite should take some beating.
