SPADER (NAP) is difficult to oppose in this having quickly put daylight between himself and his rivals at Southwell nine days ago. He has gone up 7lb but went close off an even higher mark at Kempton a year ago so will have no excuses if beaten. Elysian Prince is well treated on his best form and is worth a second look while The Blue Bomber has been in good form at Market Rasen recently. Deduce is fit from an all-weather campaign and has been lightly raced over hurdles. He has shown ability and can’t be ignored. Stuccodor could play a part but Give Him Time struggles over hurdles even though he has been placed on the Flat and over fences.
