Verdict

Nesterenko remains lightly-raced over fences and seems sure to get his head in front sooner rather than later. He stuck on well enough last time and is a major player but VAXALCO (NAP) is taken to back up an impressive course and distance success just 12 days ago. The gelding has proved most consistent since joining Neil King, won with plenty in hand most recently and has posted three excellent efforts on his most recent visits to this track. It's probably best to watch Court Out and Lord In Red after both pulled up when last seen and a watching brief is also advised with Net De Treve, who has had wind surgery since being tailed off at Southwell in November.
