One of the better races on the card can be taken by LEO MCGARRY, while Blaze Ahead and Double Obsession are respected. The selection stays well and has been in useful form since returning on New Year's Day after an absence of 19 months. Neil King has not rushed him and he showed improvement last time, so he should be straight enough to do himself justice. The ground will be no problem to Blaze Ahead, who seems to act on anything. It was too early to say how he would have fared last time out when he took a tumble, but he has enough respectable form to be considered short-list material. Double Obsession showed a bit more for the application of cheek pieces last time, but he was still comfortably beaten. He acts on a sound surface and has clear place claims. Fast ground suits Enhancer, who showed little when returned to hurdles last time after a seven-month break. He has won over this trip at Southwell in the past and looks to be on a decent mark here so don't rule him out. Shergill is probably best of the rest but we'll take Leo McGarry to score.
