        Verdict

        Midnight Gem posted her best effort so far when runner-up on fast ground at Ludlow last month. But TIRADIA has been thereabouts over these hurdles of late and should go close again with a repeat of last week's third to Fair Loch. Flemensmix ran well at Wincanton only to revert to his more usual poor form last time while Dye Of A Needle was still beaten a long way when third at Sedgefield in March. In The Crowd won off a similar mark at Worcester in May but would have preferred a faster surface.
