Little to excite in this but Arctic Chief wasn’t beaten far over 2m at Uttoxeter last month and arrives in decent form. Texan Nomad has shown some ability in maiden and novice events. Boughtbeforelunch was third over track and trip in May and remains unexposed while Macksville has been placed the last twice at Stratford, though has a poor overall strike-rate. WAIKIKI WAVES didn’t stay a much longer trip at Fontwell in June having won at that track earlier over 2m5f. He’s not easy to catch right but could go close after a break if in the mood.
