In depth

Verdict

Narrowly beaten at Doncaster on his debut, FUSEAU finished a creditable fourth in a Listed bumper at Cheltenham on his latest outing and will go close with a similar effort. Logan Rocks was beaten only a neck at Hereford and is another to consider along with Volunteer, who just missed out over a shorter trip here on his debut. Alph was placed on his introduction but disappointed at Newbury last time and a hood is applied today while A Book Of Intrigue gets help from the saddle with a conditional taking 7lb off his back having placed at Ffos Las on his debut back in 2017.
