In depth

Verdict

DUKE DEBARRY had little chance against much better chasers than these in novice company at Kempton last time but this looks more his level. He won over 3m1f at Catterick on his chasing bow in January and improvement is expected handicapping over fences for the first time. Little Bruce has placed on his last three outings and can race off the same mark as when third at Catterick last week while Bishops Road is capable of better than his recent efforts and is not badly treated if back to his best. Holbrook Park has something to prove off his current mark having won at Plumpton early last year and Nakadam’s earlier success at Carlisle came in soft ground.
