Another small field goes to post for this hurdle race and although Karju, Vidi Caesar an Hervine have place claims this should go to the Mary Reveley trained Montessori Mio. The gelding has won his last two races in good style and although he is giving weight to all of his rivals he will be hard to beat with conditions again in his favour. Karju rates the main danger he showed improved form last time out when he was second in his native Ireland last time and if he goes as well on this faster surface he looks likely to chase the favourite home. Vidi Caesar was a fair third behind Middlethorpe last time out and if he improves again he will definitely run into a place. Hirvine is from a shrewd yard and is worth a cautionary look in the market, but the remainder need to improve on all known form to take a hand in the finish.
