Verdict

PLAYHARA looked as if she was going to struggle to find a race for Nicky Henderson until scoring with something to spare at Towcester this month. She's since moved on to the Todhunter yard which has wasted no time returning her to action, presumably with the view that she's now in form and on the improve. Totally unproven on the ground, she's a hopeful choice to reproduce her improved form under very different conditions. Politeness was much better last time too when second on the soft at Carlisle and definitely enters the equation on that evidence, whereas Raifteiri has failed to convince on four starts this year. Some Lad is only 1-22 but did score at Newcastle in March although he has not backed that up since. Cool Bob hasn't done too badly of late but is hard to support with a career record of 0-42.
