PHILHARMONIC HALL failed to record a win in 19 starts on the Flat but didn't do a great deal wrong when third on his hurdling debut at Haydock last month. A repeat of that effort would probably suffice here as Tarantella Lady hasn't shown a great deal so far, though is dropped in grade here. Ocean Bluff was only a plater on the level and beaten a long way at Market Rasen on her hurdles bow and, while Baharat had the highest Flat rating of the newcomers, he has completely lost his way this year and Mahfal probably has more scope now.
