Leroy Parker had been in good form on the Flat before making his hurdling debut at Down Royal where he was sent off favourite. He looked in need of the experience but ran well behind Blue Cannon and holds His Excellency on that run. High Destiny has disappointed since making a promising debut in August and Neighbourly will need to do more as there are some useful performers from the Flat engaged. El Toreros was just 2l behind Leroy Parker over 1m2f at Sligo in August when conceding 2lb while Hangar Five was the same distance behind His Excellency at Leopardstown in June though the winner was giving 11lb. ROSSVOSS, who was lightly-raced on the Flat but showed his potential by landing a Galway maiden in August, can take this as he looks just the type Ted Walsh does so well with. 1.25
