Verdict

Gimme Shelter has been in good form of late and has an excellent chance of landing this if staying the marathon trip. The ground will suit and a good conditional jockey takes off a few valuable pounds. Scotmail Boy has not been in the best of form of late but seems the type who will be suited by four miles. He has possibilities if back to his best. Who Dares Wins will stay this trip but is an inconsistent sort. However this is a poor contest so he still has chances. Roman Outlaw is a law unto himself but shapes as though he will stay this trip. If he is in the mood he could spring a surprise.
