In depth

Verdict

Atomic Angel is 4lb better off than when finishing runner-up behind CHAMP ROYAL over track and trip five weeks ago but that may not be enough to turn the tables on the winner, whose margin of victory could have been greater had he steered a straight course in the closing stages. Lewa House appeared to run out of stamina over course and distance in March but has won here over 2m4f. Humps And Bumps is tried in a visor but has been chasing and has a poor strike-rate. Solway Primrose is race-fit but Lunar Glow and Cowboy Cooper may need this.
