Verdict

The Kings Writ was winning for the first time since 2018 when successful at Warwick and ONLY THE BOLD has much more scope. The latter was fitted with a combination of headgear on his debut for David Pipe and returned a ready winner at Bangor on his chasing debut. Eaton Collina was travelling well at Wetherby when parting company with his rider while Hold That Taught drops back down in class with a chance. Orrisdalewon on last year’s card though would prefer faster going.
