Not a race to approach dogmatically, as the market may provide some solid indicators. However, Count Oski is still well weighted and edges preference over Team Captain, Robber and Paddy The Optimist. The last named is better on these right handed course and should be capable of getting competitive today. He likes his racing here and money arriving in the betting ring for him may prove to be well placed. Similar comments apply to Team Captain, who battled on well to win over course and distance last month. However, as that was his first start since December, it remains to be seen how much that run has taken out of him. Robber is holding his form well and has to be placed on the shortlist. He has gone close over course and distance in the past and has very little to fear in this company. However, Count Oski still looks very well treated despite picking up a 7lb penalty for last week's win at Huntingdon. One caveat is that he needs the ground to remain firm, so a saver on Robber may be a good policy if any rain takes the edge of Count Oski's chance.
