    In depth

    Verdict

DORT TRANQUILLE may have the beating of Tzora and National Obsession. The selection let down his supporters in a bumper on debut when sent off at odds-on but made no mistake last month when getting the better of Jupiter Warning by a neck. That form is fairly modest but he's likely to be seen to better effect over obstacles and his yard continues to fire in the winners. Tzora looks to set the standard of those with experience having chased home respectable sorts on each of his first two starts over hurdles. A race of this nature should be well within his scope and he rates as the one to beat. National Obsession was another to return a beaten favourite on debut but he was unfortunate to bump into a good one and his yard does well here and is in form. The trainer knows the family well and support would be encouraging. Secret Stash should be competitive and must go close with Full Of Joy, Shilpa and Kaybeew others to note but Dort Tranquille gets the nod.
