In depth

Verdict

Noble Future appeals as the type to win this sort of race whilst Just Playfull should be involved but it looks worth taking a chance with RED RATTLE. The selection showed ability for his previous connections in bumpers but has rarely threatened to build on that since then but it could be worth chancing that he can be seen in a better light for his new yard. They've not had him for very long but they've added a tongue tie to the cheekpieces and he could pop up if they have the desired effect. Noble Future represents a yard that does well here and he may fare better over this shorter trip having failed to land a blow over three miles on his chase bow when unfancied in the market. Just Playfull has more solid claims having run a couple of sound races over fences on his last two starts and he may not have to improve to open his account. Pagan Sword, Quel Bruere, Prophete De Guye, Hard And Fast and Local Present are others to note but the tentative suggestion is Red Rattle.
