Point-to-point winner MILANFORD is clear at the weights and can take advantage. He’s gone close in both starts over fences so far including a second to Hurricane Harvey in a Grade 2 at Doncaster last month and looks the one to beat. The Mulcair ran well for second at Wetherby on his reappearance and first start after wind surgery. He’s preferred to Ayr runner-up Port Of Mars with improvement likely while Chooseyourweapon was pulled-up at Chepstow on his chasing bow though that was his first outing since 2018.
