Verdict

The Delray Munky is on a roll but had only a length-and-a-half to spare over Baby Ticker at Ayr last month and is 6lb worse off. Potters Midnight beat ALL MY LOVE a length at Fakenham but the latter may well have won that day had she not blundered at the last. She’d travelled strongly throughout the race and should reverse running on better terms. No-one would begrudge Peggies Venture a first victory over timber she’s had easier opportunities than this and Wayne Hutchinson prefers Awesome Rosie. Lamanver Odyssey won’t be far away with a clear round but the handicapper needs to show Coillte Lass some mercy. Castafiore struggled in a Grade 3 last time but had looked progressive prior to that run and can’t be ignored under 5lb claimer Paul O’Brien.
