FALLEN IN LOVE gets the confident vote here over Polly's Mark and Lilly Blue. The selection has been crying out for this step up to a mile after shaping quite well on both of her two starts so far. She was done for toe over 7f last time and now that she is upped to a more suitable distance she can lose her maiden tag. Lilly Blue brought up the rear in a Listed event at Goodwood last time but she wasn't beaten all that far so it was actually a fair effort. She had run in quite a hot maiden on her debut and there could be more to come from her. Polly's Mark has shown plenty of promise on her two runs so far, latterly when finishing fourth behind Midnight Cruiser at Newbury. However, the form of that race has since taken a few knocks and on that basis she is taken on today. Kevin Ryan's newcomer Bessie Lou is worth a market check on her racecourse bow, but Fallen In Love sets a decent standard and she should prove tough to beat.
