Verdict

Obboorr won one of these events at Lingfield in January and was beaten only a head on his latest outing. But he has yet to score on Turf so THE YANK is preferred. He hasn’t won on Turf yet either but has had just the two outings on this surface and gets the nod having been beaten less than a length under today’s amateur on the all-weather last time. Merchant Of Medici and Becky Smith teamed up to win last year’s renewal off a 9lb lower mark while Jersey Jewel has a shout on her earlier second at Windsor.
